- If you are not happy with your item, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, we will refund the cost of returns.

- We provide a 2-year warranty on our products, starting from the day the item is received.
- If within this timeframe your item develops a fault and your claim is determined to be valid by the seller, the item will be repaired or replaced.
Only the original plug is used to connect the fireplace to the socket, or you can use a UK adapter if you have a 2 pin plug. Cutting off the original plug will void the warranty.
It is the customer's responsibility to check and report any material damage associated with transport within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. After a period of 24 hours, a claim for damage to the contents of the parcel in transit will not be accepted.
Each first delivery is free, if the customer changes his mind and wants to return the fireplace, he will send it back at his own expense.
